Next year, it's going to be Jojo's can...Ok. Next year, it's going to be Jojo's canning school. I don't like chunky tomato sauce, but I would LOVE to can pizza/spaghetti sauce! My mom has only ever done whole tomoatoes (like your most recent post) so that's all I know how to do. This is awesome. And exactly what I want. Maybe I should just splurge and go buy a canner and try it... hmmm... it's going to be raining all week...
